In this tutorial I’m gonna tell you how to install Oscam on your 4K receiver. Some of you may need to use CCcam on your receiver but because of the CPU instruction on your receiver CCcam emulator does not run on your receiver and you need to use Oscam, and some others may want to use it for other proposes. Anyway, to install the Oscam you have to transfer the IPK file to your receiver’s by using your favorite ftp program to /tmp/ or /var/volatile/tmp/ directory and install it manually from your receiver, to see how to transfer please take look into this tutorial: After that press blue buttonVIXInstall local extensions – highlight it and OK (if you have VIX image) Or press green buttonAddon – yellow buttonManually Install IPK packages – highlight it and OK (if you have Black hole image) Other images are similar. Press “Green” button to install and once completed it will ask for a “Gui Restart”. Press OK and wait for box to come back on Once the box is on press Menu/Setup/Softcam / CI/Softcam Manager and in there if you have done everything correctly you should see CCcam 2.2.1. Press “Green” to start CCcam 2.2.1 and it should now be active.
